Try to get genuine or OEM. What you have listed is aftermarket (most likely Chinese part).

If you can, keep clearing the code and run the car for a couple of weeks to see if it comes up again. I did the same when I got this code. It never came up again.

All I can remember doing in between was I pumped fuel once. Maybe it was bad fuel or the fuel cap was not closed properly. Never touched the O2 sensor.

You might as well try this before spending :)

Yes the check engine light came soon after pumping the fuel. I have reset the check engine light but it is still on the dashboard.

Run till almost empty and pump fuel from a reputable station and see (after clearing the light again). Or just re-tighten the fuel filler cap.

Sorry, maybe my suggestions could be totally unrelated. At least it wont cost you to try.

Ok, so I think the best is to get it from ebay. But you need to get the part number. 2L engine parts will not support 1.6L engines. Are you registered at colonial? if so they will help you to get the correct part number and then just import it. They will even fix it for a small fee. That's the cheapest. But if you are in a hurry get it from one of those shops.

Good luck and let us know how it went :)
