hello,

what is front suspension noise like "a metal ball is rolling inside a plastic bottle"

when driving on rough broken roads?

all bushes under car in good shape.

Can you explain more (continuous or time to time, how the relationship with speed, how the relationship with cornering, etc. ) with Car details (Make, model, Year, millage, )

In simplest case, any stone chip inside brake disk ventilation hole also giving some noise.

Did you check caliper pins?

It's caliper pins.

Check it.

Replece the caliper set with a recon one.don't try to repair it at a lathe shop as it doesn't last long.
