Side mirror attachment

I saw this side mirror attachment (Could't see what the car was :ph34r: or take a pic). It was attached/hanging at the very end of the passenger side mirror. My guess is the driver can see where the passenger side wheels are when parking etc. (Both passenger side wheels)

Is there a place I can buy something like that?
