Im interested in Toyota Rush , Rav 4, Grand vitara, comparing this three vehicles which is reliable ,Parts available and easy maintenance.

What are the common faults in this models..

You are looking at a second hand vehicle...reliability would depend on how well the past owners have taken care of it.  
As for general comments about the cars...search the forum as there are plenty of discussions about the car.

Yeah..didn't see how a Rush got in the list with a RAV4 and Grand Vitara as well. 

The U30 series Harrier for his price are typically on the low side of the "taken care of" spectrum and/or Lexus variants from the UK and Singapore which have their leather interiors peeling off and scratched. The A30 series RAV4 would be a better choice since it is pretty much the same engine and drive train with lesser bells and whistles. If a good Harrier can be found obviously that would be a better choice.

The Santa Fe....I dunno...haven't heard much positives about it holding up that well. The Santa Fe is worth looking in to.

Why isn't the OP considering a CR-V or X-Trail as well ?

Also, for that budget the better units he could probably find are the 2WD variants.
